3.Position Requirements 崗位要求
1）Native English speaker， American，British，Canadian, New Zealand, Australian preferred.
英語為母語的外籍教師（英國、美國、加拿大、新西蘭、澳大利亞本土人士優先考慮）。
2）Has at least 2 years of college teaching experience and preferably TEFL/TESOL certificates; enjoy teaching，good communication， organization and management skills.
有至少2年大學教學經驗，有TEFL/TESOL證書者優先；熱愛教學，語言表達能力強，有組織能力能夠調動學員的積極性，善于與學員溝通者優先。
3）strong personal charisma, sense of humor, knowledge widely;， be responsible for and be patient with students， be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
具有獨特的個人魅力，幽默感，對待教學持有耐心、認真的工作態度; 具體團隊合作精神。
